GDPR statement
ZRIA, a.s., as a legal entity, is aware of its responsibilities regarding management and protection of personal data and hereby declares its commitment to comply with the applicable rules and legal provisions and to carry out its activities in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council issued on 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on free movement of such data repealing the Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR” only). We protect all provided data by applying a set of procedural and technical measures to eliminate a possible security incidents.
We process your personal information while observing the following legal requirements applicable to:
- performance of contractual relations
- legal obligations
- legitimate interests
- consent to process personal data
We strictly limit processing of your personal data to the necessary time and only to data which are adequate and relevant to the given purpose.
Should you submit your request and claim your rights with regards to GDPR, we shall process your claim within 30 days following the delivery of your request to our company address or to our company email gdpr@industryzk.cz. In certain justified cases the processing time may be extended by another 2 months.
The claim must contain at least the following information, otherwise it will not be accepted and processed:
- name and surname of the data subject
- email address or mail delivery address
