Services provided

Space rental

Space rental and related services are provided in a subsidized and commercial mode based on the nature of the project. Three buildings accessible 24/7 offer the following:

• universal production halls,
• laboratories,
• office spaces,
• meeting rooms and conference facilities.

Modern conference rooms for  training sessions, workshops, conferences and other corporate events are provided not only to companies residing in the zone but are also available to all interested parties. The large conference hall accommodates up to 100 people and the small hall is suitable for approx. 10-15 people. Audiovisual equipment, a data projector, catering facilities, parking and other services are available as well.

Services provided along with rental

Additional services are provided along with the rented spaces and are based on the needs of the tenants:

• front desk services and security,
• cleaning and maintenance services,
• municipal waste collection and removal,
• parking,
• internet connection and IT services,
• connection to power backup,
• option to register company headquaters,
• option to lease furniture.
  

Incubation services, information service and 'VaVaI' support

In cooperation with the Technological innovation Center s.r.o. in Zlín the following consulting services are provided:  

• business plan preparation,
• search for financial sources necessary for businesses and VaVaI projects (support for research, development and inovation),
• assistance focusing on intellectual property protection,
• connection to VaVaI capacity in the region and outside of the region.

Additional services are also available:

• incubation and acceleration services for start-up businesses, support for follow-up development,
  
• educational and networking events,
• mentoring programmes for innovative companies.
