With the end of 2022 approaching, the contractors of the upcoming section of the D49 Hulín-Fryšták highway also increased the pace. If there are no major complications, it should be completed by Christmas 2024.

It is not only new investors, who are building in the Strategic Industrial Zone in Holešov, which was created in 2008 to endorse employment and competitiveness in the region. As a response to the high demand of investors, the management of the Zone in Holešov has recently also decided to expand the technical and transport infrastructure.

Investors have shown significant interest in the Strategic Industrial Zone in Holešov over the past few months, which is evidenced by the number of contracts concluded. For the purpose of potential investors having all the necessary information at hand, the management of the Zone in Holešov have decided to create two new promotion videos.

It’s been a few months since new information brochures were made for both the current and new-coming investors in the Strategic Industrial Zone in Holešov. Among others, their purpose is to provide a clear manual to the design of various factors - from facades and fencing of the investors’ property to the looks of public space. Howerer, there are a lot more changes.

After VAPOL CZ and Plastics, who joined the Zone in Holešov before the end of 2021 and who are going to celebrate the start of operation by the end of the year, the group of investors is expanded with two other companies - Baby Group and fgFORTE.

Although the activist groups obstructing faster progress in the construction of D49 motorway keep “trying”, their unfounded objections have again been rejected by the court. The works on the D49 motorway continue. The ground for connecting to a roundabout is being prepared by the Strategic Industrial Zone in Holešov as well, being finished by a construction company.

Providing a unique competitive advantage in the form of great transport connections, the Strategic Industrial Zone in Holešov now more than ever becomes the first choice for investors to start or expand their business. At the end of 2021, it welcomed two new investors who will take up an area of approx. 2.5 ha.

The Holešov Strategic Industrial Zone is currently attracting considerable interest from potential investors. It offers them plenty of very lucrative areas - they are ideal not only for expansion, but also for building completely new production capacities for companies not only in the Zlín Region, but also in the whole Czech Republic. However, in order to make this development as efficient and "unified" as possible within the zone, it is governed by a few basic requirements that must be kept in mind before construction begins.

The Holešov Strategic Industrial Zone, which welcomed its first investors in 2009, is one of the largest development areas in the Czech Republic. Its main advantage is primarily the fact that it is completely ready for the entry of new investors, thanks to the constructed necessary infrastructure. New companies wishing to start or expand their business in the zone are therefore always welcome.
