The manager of the Holešov Zone, Industry Servis ZK, is transforming into ZRIA

With effect from March 1, 2024, the company Industry Servis ZK, a. s. was renamed to ZRIA, a. s. (Zlín Regional Investment Agency). On behalf of the Zlín Region, the company expands its scope in addition to the Holešov Zone project to include other development projects in the Zlín Region.
The new regional development company is now divided into two sections - the "Investment, Services and Administration Section", which has not undergone any significant change, and the "Strategic Development Section", which is completely new and under which other important projects of the region will fall.
"The ZRIA company will still be in charge of the Holešov Strategic Industrial Zone, to which it should attract new investors. However, it can now offer them an even wider range of accompanying services and help them in the often challenging beginnings. It should also strive to improve the current view of the Zlín region and make it an attractive location that supports young talents and business development," said Chairman of the Board Radovan Macháček for the Holešov Zone.
The main task of the ZRIA company will be the umbrella of the region's strategic projects, participation in the development of new fields in the field of modern technologies, attracting new investors to the Zlín Region, creating new jobs with above-average wages and much more. It will also create a special section for strategic development. It will be led by Petr Kubíček, who has many years of business experience in the field of software and digitization.
The areas ZRIA will be in charge of are, for example:
- Web3 Hub,
- Pre-seed fund,
- Attracting talent to the region, Expat center,
- Import know-how,
- DigiLab, - International cooperation in ICT,
- Science learning center,
- Marketing and communication.
